Why We Take Legal Action

Filing a lawsuit is never our first choice. As the public record shows, we attempted a Settlement Agreement in July 2025 to give the Defendant an opportunity to correct his conduct. When the alleged violations continued covertly, we took immediate action to:

Protect our clients from unauthorized solicitation and interference.
Ensure proprietary tools like the Profit Tracker, True Break-Even Calculator, and Six-Week Sprint remain secure and exclusive to our authorized clients.
Maintain a fair and honest marketplace for all HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing coaches who operate with integrity.
